AURORA CLUB RESTAURANT MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Membership Purchase & Non‑Refundable Policy 1.1 All membership purchases and stored‑value payments are strictly nonrefundable. 1.2 Once the membership has been purchased, the membership fee or stored value cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded for any reason, except where required by applicable law. 1.3 In the event of the member's death, the remaining membership balance may be transferred to an immediate family member, such as the member's father, mother or child, subject to verification and approval by Cloud Steam Restaurant. 2. Membership Validity 2.1 The membership is valid for 24 months from the date of membership activation or purchase, as applicable. 3. Complimentary First‑Dining Credit 3.1 Each membership tier includes a complimentary first‑dining credit as stated in the membership table above. 3.2 The complimentary dining credit is subject to a 6‑month validity period from the date of membership activation or issuance. 3.3 Any unused complimentary dining credit will automatically expire after the stated validity period and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or reinstated. 3.4 The complimentary first‑dining credit cannot be used for the purchase or offset of alcoholic beverages. However, alcoholic beverages may be offset using membership points, subject to the restaurant's prevailing points redemption policy. 4. Weekend & Public Holiday Reservations 4.1 Members are entitled to priority reservation access for weekends and Public Holidays, subject to table availability. 4.2 Priority reservation does not constitute a guaranteed reservation. 4.3 Reservations are accepted on a first‑come, first‑served basis and are subject to the restaurant's available seating capacity. 4.4 Members are encouraged to make reservations in advance, particularly during weekends, Public Holidays and peak periods. 5. Membership Discount 5.1 Eligible members are entitled to 5% OFF on their next eligible dining visit, subject to the applicable membership terms. 5.2 The membership discount applies only to eligible purchases as determined by the restaurant. 5.3 The membership discount cannot be combined with other promotions, large‑scale campaigns, banquet packages, third‑party platform offers, discount vouchers or other promotional discounts, unless otherwise stated by Cloud Steam Restaurant. 6. Usage of Membership Stored Value 6.1 Membership stored value may be used for dine‑in, takeaway and eligible banquet/event reservations. 6.3 The applicability of membership stored value will be subject to the restaurant's latest prevailing policy at the time of payment. 7. Member Identification & Redemption 7.1 Membership registration and redemption must be made using the member's registered mobile phone number. 7.2 Members must provide their registered mobile phone number before payment or billing in order to enjoy membership benefits or redeem membership credits. 7.3 Membership benefits cannot be claimed retrospectively after payment has been completed unless approved by the restaurant management. 8. Transfer of Membership 8.1 Memberships are personal and are generally non‑transferable. 8.2 Transfer is only permitted in the event of the member's death and may be transferred to an immediate family member, including the member's father, mother or child, subject to supporting documentation and management approval. 8.3 The restaurant reserves the right to verify the relationship and request relevant supporting documents before approving any transfer. 9. Modification of Membership Programme 9.1 Cloud Steam Restaurant reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or terminate the membership programme, membership benefits, validity periods, eligibility requirements and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. 9.2 Any changes will take effect from the date determined by the restaurant and will be communicated through the restaurant's official channels where applicable. 9.3 The latest version of the Membership Terms & Conditions shall prevail. 10. General Conditions 10.1 Membership benefits are subject to availability and the restaurant's operating policies. 10.2 In the event of any dispute concerning membership transactions, redemption or eligibility, the restaurant's system records and management's decision shall be referred to for verification and resolution. 10.3 By purchasing or using the membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
